This is a photo taken with a 3G phone (one model before the current model). Unfortunately, the 3G iPhone can't focus properly at close range and that image simply fails to scan. We recommend that 3G users consider the purchase of a close-up lens such as the Griffin Clarifi Case.
Note: the iPhone 3GS is the model sold after Friday, June 19, 2009. If unsure, you can determine if you have the more recent iPhone 3GS model by runing the Camera application: the iPhone 3GS supports video, the iPhone 3G supports only photos.
